Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping with BUNZIE, operated by Bunzie Holdings LLC.

Returns. Because BUNZIE is a personal care product, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@shopbunzie.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds. Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged, defective or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you at no cost.
